It provides the learners with a sense of achievement.
It provides an engaging learner experience leading to anticipated behavior change.
It encourages learners to progress through the content, motivate action, and eventually influence behavior.
It evokes friendly competition.
CONCLUSION
Engaging learners in elearning with gamification can be as simple as adding levels, points, and badges. Gamification in elearning can increase recall and retention, prompt behavioral change, create a better learning experience and environment, apply for most learning needs, and facilitate better learner engagement.
